    YAM Logistic is a courier company in Costa Rica that managed its daily operations with Excel spreadsheets, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages. It worked, but with hundreds of daily shipments, errors were starting to slow growth.

    The challenge

    YAM needed to centralize their entire operation in a single platform: from package reception to final delivery, including management of multiple branches, operators, and clients. All in real time.

    The solution

    We designed and developed a comprehensive management system that includes:

    • Real-time shipment tracking for clients and operators
    • Multi-branch management with independent panels per location
    • Automatic notifications at every shipment status change
    • Administration panel with reports, metrics, and operator control
    • E-commerce platform integration for automatic shipment import
